The endline tools are to be adapted to relevant context and the project in order to assess whether or not the project made any difference in women and girls’ participation in decision-making in camp life and camp governance structures and if the change influenced their perceptions of safety.
Stakeholders to be interviewed should be identified based on their relevance to the project, their ability to speak to the project outcome, such as project participants, their household members, or broader camp leadership who has knowledge of the activities.
Program staff must decide who will be interviewed individually versus who will be invited to participate in group discussions. Further guidance is included in each tool.
