Women In Displacement
The Women in Displacement online platform was created as a resource to help CCCM partners understand the overall approach and methodology of the Women’s Participation Project and introduce the participatory data collection tools that were developed to facilitate engagement with displaced women, girls, boys and men as well as at-risk groups, along with training modules that support the usage of the tools. The platform also acts as a space for sharing lessons learnt and best practices around women’s participation in displacement.

Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. The Women's Refugee Commission improves the lives and protects the rights of women, children and youth displaced by conflict and crisis. We research their needs, identify solutions and advocate for programs and policies to strengthen their resilience and drive change in humanitarian practice. Since our founding in 1989, we have been a leading expert on the needs of refugee women and children, and the policies that can protect and empower them.
Our vision is a world in which refugee and internally displaced women, children and youth: are safe, healthy and self-reliant; have their human rights respected and protected; and inform and drive their own solutions and development.
